1. Shipping Cost

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, every price on GrillsForYou includes freight shipping to the contiguous United States. There are no separate freight charges added at checkout.

2. Where We Ship From

Orders ship from our warehouse in Hawthorne, California. Because we ship domestically, there are no customs delays or import fees for orders within the contiguous United States.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it leaves our warehouse.

4. Delivery Method

Most grills are large enough to ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery. Freight orders are delivered to your curb or driveway. The driver will need a clear, accessible unloading area, and we recommend arranging help to move the box once delivered — freight drivers are not required to carry items indoors or up stairs.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier's route. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us and we'll look into it.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we can update it only if the order has not yet shipped.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed, appears lost in transit, or the tracking information hasn't updated in several days, contact us and we'll coordinate directly with the carrier to locate it or resolve the issue.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
