1. Our Warranty Coverage

As the manufacturer of our own grills, GrillsForYou stands behind every unit we sell. Coverage varies by model and component — see your product's listing page for its exact warranty terms. As a general guideline:

Frame, body, and cart: 5-year limited warranty
Burners, grates, and heat components: 2-year limited warranty
Electronic igniters, thermometers, and controllers: 1-year limited warranty

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

2. What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, for the duration listed above from the date of original purchase.

3. What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage from improper assembly or installation
Use outside of the included instructions or manufacturer guidelines
Extreme weather exposure beyond the product's rated specifications
Normal wear items, including paint, finish, or cosmetic surface rust
Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modification
Commercial or non-residential use, unless otherwise stated on your product listing

4. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process any warranty claim. We recommend keeping your order confirmation email for this purpose.

5. Filing a Warranty Claim

Contact us before taking any other action — email support@grillsforyou.shop or call +1 (505) 298-8221 with your order number, model name, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll help you put together everything needed and confirm coverage within 2 business days.

6. Remedies

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective part, replace it, or provide a comparable replacement component. Replacement parts are shipped at no cost to you for claims approved under this warranty.

7. Limitation of Remedies

This warranty is your exclusive remedy for defects in materials or workmanship. To the extent permitted by law, GrillsForYou is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from a covered defect.
