What's in the Box
Your grill arrives with all required hardware (bolts, screws, brackets), a printed instruction manual, and — for most models — the major components partially pre-assembled to cut down on setup time.
Tools You'll Need
Most models can be assembled with a Phillips screwdriver and an adjustable wrench. Some larger models are easier with a power drill on hand. Check your specific product's listing for an exact tools list.
Assembly Time
Typical assembly takes 30–90 minutes for one person, depending on the model — full-size cart grills and pellet smokers take longer than portable models. We recommend having a second person on hand for larger units, mainly to help lift and hold panels in place.
Placement & Clearance
Before assembly, decide where the grill will live — it should sit on a stable, level, non-combustible surface with clearance from siding, railings, overhangs, and anything flammable. Check your product's listing for its exact recommended clearance distances.
Gas & Propane Safety
If your model uses propane, always check gas line connections for leaks before first use (a soapy water test on connections is a simple way to check — bubbles mean a leak) and never store or use a propane tank indoors or in an enclosed space.
